			| Born and raised in Europe, Ms. Kana first traveled the world for 2.5 years, before moving to New York. She studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, with David Gideon (The Acting Class), and at the Yale School of Drama, graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Directing, and became the recipient of multiple scholarships, including one from Screen Actors Guild. 
 Onstage Ms. Kana appeared as Queen Gertrude in 'Hamlet' with Hudson Warehouse (NYC), Miss Fischer in Hatcher's 'A Picasso' at Stamford Theatre Works, Rebecca West in Ibsen's 'Rosmersholm', Emma in Pinter's 'Betrayal', Harper in Kushner's 'Angels in America', Rose Thomas in O'Neill's 'The Web', Nina in Chekov's 'The Seagull', Trinculo in Shakespeare's 'The Tempest' and Helena in 'A Midsummer Nights' Dream', and as a Callgirl in JP Miller's 'Days of Wine and Roses' at The Actors Studio, among others. She also produced and starred in the original play 'Flux' at the NY Fringe Festival to sold-out performances. Numerous films, including the recent 'MovieMoney' and 'A Rogue in Londinium', indies, music videos, TV: 'Chappelle's Show' and a recurring role on the soap 'Another World', plus countless bilingual voice-overs, industrials and commercials (most recently a national AMEX spot) comprise the rest of her resume.
 
 She has directed at The Actors' Loft and Pulse Ensemble, has taught acting and voice-overs.
