Becca McCoy has appeared on stages nationwide, and in films and commercials. She recently performed in Gypsy as Rose at TheatreZone in Florida (winner: Broadway World Performer of the Decade), and in Beauty and the Beast as Madame de la Grande Bouche at Paramount Theatre in Chicago. Other favorite stage roles include Rosie in Mamma Mia! and Lady of the Lake in Spamalot for American Stage in the Park, Eulalie in The Music Man for St. Petersburg Opera (winner: Theatre Tampa Bay Award), Susan in the southeastern premiere of Flying for Tampa Rep / Studio@620 (winner: Creative Loafing Best of the Bay), Josie in A Moon for the Misbegotten at Illinois Theatre Center, and Sour Kangaroo in Seussical at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre. She is a youngARTS alumnae and National Society of Arts and Letters national winner in musical theatre, and holds a certificate of classical acting from the British American Drama Academy at Oxford. Film highlights include St. Petra in Interview with St. Petra, a SAG-AFTRA short film created during the pandemic and filmed on Zoom during lockdown. In addition to performing, she is an avid traveler, photographer, and champion for the arts.
